Vision

It is seen that there is a number of old age people suffered from, poverty having of tension minded, helpless, emotional disturbance as well owing to physical tortured and some such are the main factors of them force to be made sheltered in the home. In this context, the Organization takes the first and foremost vision to secure better stage of living for every category of people and It seeks to promote the betterment life leading for the Old Age people placed in the home up to their last breathing. In addition to it, the Organization tries its level best to cover the working area of most of the district viz. Balangir, Sonepur, Kalahandi, Bargarh, Boudh, Nuapada, in the State of Orissa.

Mission

Gram Mangal Pathagar in its rejuvenated form started with the following mission

•  Promoting the emergence of effective peoples' organization based on the felt interests for the poorest of the poor thereby striving to make the best use of existing opportunities and resources as well as to evolve new ones.
• To develop a support base for fostering and popularizing initiatives of alternative development action.
• To retrieve and document people initiative their experiences and thoughts & initiate a process of dialogical communication for facilitation peoples' access to information & knowledge.
